Troop 281-B Vision & Goals 2022 – 2023

Vision: We will be the best troop in everything we do for Scouts of all ages.

Goal – Communication: Establish effective communication in both patrols that includes Scouts, SPL, at least 1 parent per Scout, and adult Leaders that follows an established schedule and with all the listed people on board by December.

Goal – Participation: Through recruitment such as open houses and pack meeting visits, build a troop that has at least 75% of Scouts present at all events with a majority of others accounted for.

Goal – Learning: Learn a skill at each meeting with appropriate levels of challenge for all Scouts.

Goal – Advancement: All incoming Scouts earn Tenderfoot by Summer Camp; all current Scouts earn First Class by the next planning campout, encouraged by incentives; and all current First Class and above Scouts make noticeable progress toward their next rank.
