Ransburg Scout Reservation 2024!

In the last weeks of June, Troop 281 goes for a week of summer camp at a variety of Boy Scout camps around the Midwest as well as at Dan Beard’s Camp Friedlander.  For 2024, Troops 281-B+G will attend Ransburg Scout Reservation, nestled in Hoosier National Forest near Bloomington, Indiana!

Ransburg Scout Reservation is one of the premier Scout camp in the Midwest because of their diverse programs, state of the art facilities, excellent camp staff, and their commitment to outstanding service to Scouts and leaders.  While constructed to serve the scouts of the then Central Indiana Council (now Crossroads of America Council), Ransburg now serves scouts from all over the world.

Troop 281-B: 9-15 June 2024

Troop 281-G: 16-22 June 2024 – NEW GIRLS DATES

• Estimated Cost for Summer Camp is $550

• BY JANUARY 1st: $100 Deposit

• 1-March-2024: $250 Payment

• 15-April-2024: Balance TBD
• Cancellation after 1-April-2024 will result in forfeiture of Summer Camp DEPOSIT ($100).

2024 MERIT BAGDES – ENTRY Saturday April 13 at 9:00am EDT

• Choices need to be finalized by by 2-April for collection and entry.
